Photography begins for me in the same place as music and film — in emotion, atmosphere, memory, and the desire to feel something deeply. I’m drawn to imagery that lingers like a scene from a movie or a song that quietly opens something inside of you. Cinematic light, movement, tension, intimacy, color, gesture — these are the elements that continue to shape the way I see and create.

I’m an artist born in the midwest, whose heart belongs to the Arizona desert and who works and dreams in Northern California. I’ve spent my life writing, painting, making films and music and taking pictures. This platform is where those voices finally meet.

The result is emotionally driven imagery for individuals, artists, brands, and stories. My work lives somewhere between portraiture and visual storytelling, with an emphasis on mood, presence, and authenticity over performance or perfection. I’m especially interested in photographs that feel raw, sensual, introspective, empowered, or quietly cinematic. Still frames suspended inside a feeling.

That approach extends across every aspect of my work, from editorial and commercial projects to intimate portraiture and modern sensual imagery rooted in self-expression and presence. I want the staging and technique to disappear into the experience itself, allowing the viewer to feel full immersion into atmosphere rather than construction.

At its core, this work is about connection, collaboration, and creating something meaningful together. That remains the truest joy of what I do.

I love wolves and their moon eyes. Of the many motifs associated with wolves, perhaps most profound is the legendary howl, a symbol of self-expression and speaking your personal truth. It's an emblem of trusting your own voice — the voice I strive to portray as a photographer. My favorite images aren't about performance or perfection.
